The Manufacturer licence is active and recently renewed. The Bookmaker licence is in reactivation with the board and is not live yet. The seller's last estimate was mid-2026. That date has passed.
The sale includes an office lease at €250 a month and two licence renewals already paid. The seller puts those renewals at roughly €30,000 in legal fees.
South Africa does not licence online casino. These two licences cover sports betting to players and supply to operators, so a plan built on casino content does not work in this jurisdiction.
